If it's 100 politicians against a gorilla, the politicians win. After 30 minutes of listening to the politicans BS, the gorilla would kill himself.

gorillas aren't that aggressive. It would more than likely run away than fight 100 men. It would be like human ice age hunting where humans chase the gorilla for 3 miles and it collapses due to exhaustion.
Outside of that I think a lot of people have not seen 5 guys beat up someone in a parking lot. I think you could beat a gorilla with 20 good guys. humans can be as tall and weigh as much as a gorilla. Yes the gorilla has more muscle but you get a guy on each limb and everyone else stomping on the gorilla. Humans win easily.

I think the concept is more to the effect you are in the coliseum/gladiator situation. One will extinguish the other group, so if you run away, the gorilla will just destroy all one on one.
It depends if the other 99 men run off after the gorilla tears the head and nut sack off of the first man
But in order to squish the gorilla, a good portion of men would also be squished. Again, who’s going to do that willingly? Each one will want to be the one on top. We are a selfish species.
Male or female gorilla? Cuz if it’s a male somebody needs to fight dirty.

Btw, I wrestled and rode bulls when I was younger so I have no fear and less common-sense.
I’ve seen it done. And, like with the gorilla, there were casualties. Dehydration can catch up to the best of us. Gotta hydrate ahead of time with those marathon sessions.
This. People underestimate the strength and brutal power of the gorilla. Endurance will not be an issue. This is not a gorilla fighting each guy a couple of minutes. The gorilla will kill or incapacitate each guy with basically one strike, one bite or one rip of the arms/head, snap of the neck. So endurance should be a non factor.
Their bones are harder, muscles are stronger, hand grip strength is insane. Pretty sure that the blows from even a strong guy will feel no harder than if a 8-year old kid was punching you.
Actually, that is a good analogy. Do you think a prime Mike Tyson could be defeated by 100 10-year old kids? That is pretty much what this would be like.
Even a UFC fighter would stand no chance against a large chimpanzee. These animals have strength and it's not like you can time them for a clean strike. They won't follow any fighting pattern that any man has ever trained against.
They move fast, unpredictably, can grab you with all 4 limbs and on top of that have massive canines. They also will not follow any sort of fighting rules, they'll claw, bite, punch, kick, pummel, jump, bend/break limbs with a single snap, gouge eyes, claw, etc. Truly terrifying.
I am a finisher. I have always been known for my vital striking and ability to wait my turn.
