When it matters, sureI know Tamin gets dinged a lot but one of our best players has to play more than 22-24 minutes a game
If you need to hit on freshmen, you’ve got to find a good amount of minutes for them, even if they’re not initially as good

... keep your enemies closerPS - Williams interviewing iowa's coach make me vomit. Sellout.
He was super confident with it the 2nd half of Big 12 play.I thought Lipsey’s shot actually looked really decent this year.
Or maybe all the broken bones just happened to line up in the right places.
Meh. Jefferson's main issue with Washington was that he increasingly favored Hamilton's viewpoints. Jefferson and Hamilton rarely agreed on much of anything.
Washington later developed a dislike for Madison and Monroe, for similar reasons.
Wait, who's this Washington recruit?Actually, it was making some overthink things.
A starting lineup of Toure, Batemon, Momcilovic, an unnamed 4, and Buchanan will be absolutely scary in 26-27Not at all. And don't get me wrong, I love the tape on Batemon, but I think Toure is one of the most underrated kids in the entire class.
Last I saw, he was listed as a CG combo guard. Is Batemon a PG? Not disagreeing. It's just that I keep reading that he is a shooting guard which may have changed during his senior year.
I guess that depends upon who the unnamed 4. Mitchell is pretty highly regarded but also looks like a bit of a tweener. I guess that's better than a tweaker. Pleta looks like he has some upside too.A starting lineup of Toure, Batemon, Momcilovic, an unnamed 4, and Buchanan will be absolutely scary in 26-27
Nope, forward
Very true. In my mind, Mitchell might be the one that doesn't get a ton of run this season out of the freshman class, not due to his ability, but more due to whose ahead of him. I think Pleta will eventually be great also, but he may be somewhat developmentalI guess that depends upon who the unnamed 4. The other way to frame his post Marquette career is that he has take over two rebuilding jobs. VT for sure and aTm is debatable, but Billy Kennedy didn't leave that program in a great place. So if you remove the first year at each stop for rebuilding/transition and take out the year the tournament was cancelled, that leave 8 seasons (four at each school). Each started with an NIT appearance then 3 straight NCAA appearance with all seasons being 20+ wins. In the 6 NCAA appearances he has won 4 games.Buzz is a good coach but he bails before he can build anything significant. Or maybe his ceiling is coaching good teams. This is his 5th job and he’s been fired from zero which is pretty rare. He leaves before expectations get elevated.
Since he left Marquette randomly 11 years ago - guess how many Sweet 16s he has…one. He has two other NCAA tournament wins in 11 years - not exactly elite level material.

Don't sleep on Killyan Toure, either. This is an old video to boot. Kid is fast as lightning. Enjoy!
we have done well on transfers that were previously injured...Very unlikely we could get Quaintance. he will he a very popular player but the surgery will change things. It would be amazing if we got him.

I have seen Enright is signed by InidanaRohde could still come here, we are still the favorite to get him. I like Kennard Davis Jr. We are targeting him; he's out of Southern Illinois and is a guard. Conor Enright out of DePaul is decent, but Rohde is the only person I know who has a high chance of coming here. The other two are targets.
