Injuries - the concern…

There has to be more to this right?

Yes. If this were only a muscle strain, it would at most be reported as not available in the first weekend. For him to be not available, something’s going on. I hope this is him just hanging it up to get ready for a professional career and it’s not about discipline

I'd be pretty surprised if it's disciplinary but pretty weird if he wouldn't even be with the team either.

TJ doing a little CMC move here with his wording. Kind of unusual.

I assume that’s exactly what is going on. Kinda have mixed feelings about it. If the injury isn’t as serious and he could play then he needs to play. Don’t quit on the team right at tourney time.

I posted above that the video the team posted of the selection show had Keshon in it.

I'm guessing what @Clonehomer said is accurate - it's a worse injury than is being let on, and he wants to get right for a possible pro career.

If it were a personal issue I just don’t know why he would’ve played 11:00 in a game Wednesday that didn’t much matter. Didn’t someone in a thread say they sat next to his aunt and uncle? Why would they have travelled if there was 0% chance he’d play? I wonder if he tore something. I do agree it’s odd wording

Wonder if the injury was downplayed to avoid the committee from dinging ISU? Interesting that it’s announced immediately after the selection.

Weird wording...something smells a little fishy about this. Feels like there is a bit more to this than just the injury.
