I love these smaller conference tourneys. Kids playing real hard.
Interestingly, Bracketmatrix still has us as the top 4 seed. I thought we’d be a solid 3 after yesterday, but far from a sure thing.
No way BYU will leapfrog us to a 3 seed though. Every bracket has them between a 6 and a 7
A lot of those brackets haven't updated yet from yesterdays games. Assuming we will be 3 once they do.
Going to come down to where us, Wisconsin, and Kentucky finish in relation to each other. I also still think it will be Milwaukee.
Nope, but close. Clemson was #26 in voting the week of the Duke win. Rose to #23 in the next poll.
Wisconsin fell off quite a bit with the home loss to Penn St.

You’re right I didn’t notice that. Bracketmatrix had Wisconsin as the last 2. PSU loss was bad, but was it two seed lines bad?
I agree. I think out of all of the "buy" games in the non-conference season that they may have been the best one of the bunch. Wouldn't hurt our seed position for them to win tonight, even though they've already made the tournament since St. Thomas is ineligible.
Plus, their locker room celebrations are ridiculous but also quite endearing.
That is a noticeable drop for this late in the season, and it was "only" a Q2 loss.
I see KSU stayed at 75 even after ISU won there, so it's still barely hanging on for our Q1 profile.
Also good news is that OSU is winning and that loss has moved from Q3 to Q2. Now Tech is the only Top 15 team with a Quad 3 loss.
What teams ahead of us on bracket matrix are we clearly ahead of?
