I think by now pretty much everyone knows I'm a dual ISU/UNI fan.
That loss last night was brutal. It reminded me of the BYU loss earlier in the week; coming back from a huge deficit, take the lead for a couple of moments, and then fall just short.
Tytan Anderson is a f*cking warrior. Damn shame he didn't get a chance to play in the NCAA tournament.
Hard to believe it's been almost 10 years since UNI made the NCAA Tournament.
that is hard to believe, but it is well documented that the hawkeyes have stolen all their recruits in that same time frame.
I assume he had NIL opportunities last year?
Did you close the gap on that or did he stay regardless?
Missouri has now lost 4 of 5. Kentucky winning doesn't help us but Wisconsin taking an L at home to a bad Penn State team would be huge.
Drake might be in trouble. Belmont's pretty good offensively and getting good looks. Drake can't get too far behind with their style.
Belmont is sneaky good and dangerous. Absolutely smoked a solid Illinois State team yesterday. UNI's best win of the season may have been the road win at Belmont when they came back from 19 down in the first half.
I don't know what the fuss is about them. Sure they've beaten sh!t teams. I've watched them several times this year keeping waiting to see what the fuss is about. Still waiting.
I so want Drake's coach to go to Iowa. His style would drive them ape crazy compared to Fran's. Almost Lickliter level of pace.
