Currently, I'd say probably top 10. Penn State is the clear #1 and Iowa is probably #2 (although Oklahoma State with DT will be challenging them very soon). I'd also have Nebraska and Ohio State in the top 5. Then you probably have NC State, Va Tech, Cornell, Michigan, and Iowa State in the 5-10 range when looking at the overall program.
I think Missouri will be in top ten 10 most years.

I would probably toss in Ohio State, Minnesota, Missouri and Nebraska in there. I was thinking top-15, but basically everyone is fighting for that #4 spot anymore.

I have Ohio State and Nebraska in the top 5. Mizzou I could see being a top 10 program. Minnesota is having a good year boosted by Gable, but they have slipped overall as a program with Eggum as a coach. They have some nice recruits and had a good offseason, but I would say Iowa State as a program would be ahead of them currently (even if Minnesota has a better team this year).

Gable will score a bajillion points at NCAAs and face value make the team look better than they are as a group.

Although I think ISU will be better, Minnesota is set up to be pretty solid for the next few years.

Flynn/VomBaur back next year, Wells/Whiting only sophomore’s, McEnnelly a stud freshman, and they have a couple of hammers in redshirt (Millard who beat Chittum, and Hopke is going to be a solid heavy). Plus they’ve been pretty active in the portal.

They've got a chance to jump up for sure, I just like where Iowa State is at as a program better. Flynn is tough, but I think Castillo has more upside. We have 2 141s on the roster that I would take over VomBaur. Millard is going to be good, but that was a weird match with Chittum- I'd still take Chittum and Swiderski over Millard. McEnelly is a stud for sure. Their program is trending up, and if it keeps on the trajectory they could jump in the top 10. I'm just not ready to go there with them yet.

I thought Salkazanov shoulda been put on the clock. Wouldn't have made a difference in the end.

Also his only scores came from DC being on the clock, pushout and a bad shot by Carr
That’s an area Carr will need to continue to adjust. While he may have fired off more shots, he likes to wrestle from space. In international wrestling, they want you engaged in tie ups or you get hit for passivity.

Overall sounds like a really great event and performance by Carr. With his upcoming match against Japan, he’s really getting some high level matches in prior to this year’s US WTT series.

That should be enough to beat PSU for the team title!

I wish we could get a David match after a dual like Reneiri. That would be sick. They have to have thought of this but I’m guessing they couldn’t find an opponent. This won’t happen but imagine a post dual match with KOT…. Gigitity.

Maybe David vs O'Toole next year in Ames after O'Toole graduates

You don’t think he should have been put on the clock?
