Ech seems like a genuinely good dude from my limited interactions with him. It sounds like he’s gone through hell to get to this point in his life. I hope he can come back healthy as an horse and go out on top.

Coming back for the postseason if it goes well? I could also interpret his post as being this year plus next year since Yonger will be back.
I'm not exactly sure what lead up to this interaction. It happened after the t-shirt toss into the crowd during the OSU meet, so assuming a kid was bummed he didn't get a t-shirt. Anthony saw him and gave him his black ISU football jersey right off of his back. The kid was able to get it autographed by him later. Amazing gesture by a young man who understands what it is all about.
Funny story because I was involved in that situation so I have all the details. Anthony was sitting by us and he was talking to my son. When the t-shirt toss came around he was able to get someone to toss him a shirt. He handed it to my son, but my son wanted to catch his own he didn’t want that one which was pretty funny. So Anthony tossed the shirt he caught a few rows back to another kid and someone else jumped in and grabbed it before the kid could get it. Anthony went right up there and gave the kid the shirt off his back.
Enjoyed talking with him and learning about his future plans for this year and further out. He was very nice and extremely cool with my kids.

That is Anthony!!! He is extremely grateful for the 2nd chance that Iowa State gave him and he is making the most of it. To him, we are family.

Currently, I'd say probably top 10. Penn State is the clear #1 and Iowa is probably #2 (although Oklahoma State with DT will be challenging them very soon). I'd also have Nebraska and Ohio State in the top 5. Then you probably have NC State, Va Tech, Cornell, Michigan, and Iowa State in the 5-10 range when looking at the overall program.
