Portal season is a huge success so far. Maybe another linebacker and DE and it’s looking great
Who else isn't impressed? We won't win big 12 titles with these guys against Colorado and az state. I am hoping to be wrong but seems like we're not reaching for talent to get us to the playoffs

We were a game away from the playoff this year. And I'm thrilled that we are hitting on so many dudes so early, which suggests they are getting their first choices.
You can complain, I'll trust the people who found Jayden Higgins and Jalen Travis in the portal.
That's a good response. Two very good players. I just don't see us getting over the no championship hump with these new guys who by the way could also be good but with the momentum other schools in our conference have with coaches who have made great turnaround in just 2 seasons that we're in direct competition with it will be very very difficult! Look what happened to our experienced coaches and team against the sun devils last week.
Fork over $4-5mill in NIL money every year if you want to sbe impressed.
The team really needs a difference maker at defensive end. Even someone 75 % as good as Will was would help a ton. He was so hard to block.

We will see what we are getting. I have hope the Campbell staff knows what they are doing in the WR category. They have a good history.
However, I am hoping they go after Justice Haynes who entered the portal from Alabama. I think we need an upgrade at RB to help out Rocko and the WR. This would be a huge splash.
I can see why you know about this guy, but what makes you think we would have a shot? Any previous relationships or ties?
