I respect Campbell, and he's gotten ISU farther than anyone else (relatively), but the sun sets for every coach. Sometimes the X's and O's or culture of players moves past you.

It's not like there's a huge line of *better* coaches wanting to take his place, though. He's won enough now that he'll have to have multiple successive bad seasons in a row to be gone. That or if Pollard ever leaves.

I am so curious to see what the ratings and interest is in the non-playoff bowls this year. I know quite a few CFB fans who regularly travel to games and bowls and interest is the lowest I can ever remember by far.

The defense has been melting down the whole game.

3 turnovers in your own territory in like 3 game minutes is all-in on the meltdown.

I disagree wholeheartedly. I believe this is just the beginning. We're hardly the only team to go out in a conf champ game and lay an egg. We melted down today. We got the KU game ISU instead of the KSU game ISU. It totally sucks, but we'll be back.

And I guarantee that the cheap shot on Rocco will be bulletin board material leading up to the ISU/ASU game next year. You can count on that.
