Hilton was never designed to…checks notes…host 1 game a week of men’s basketball in November.
Must not have brought the right shoes. Hilton has a natural hardwood court, similar to our natural grass field at JTS. If you can't learn to bring the right shoes, you'll pay for it.
It's time to switch the surface to luxury vinyl plank.

The sound of him hitting his head was....yikes. Glad he got up on his own. You could tell by Keshon's reaction that it didn't look good.

Anyone have a video of the ref hitting the floor? Heard the thump way up in the nosebleeds. You could of heard a pin drop while the trainers were tending to him. I can't believe the other coach had the guts to bother one of the refs, could hear one say in annoyed manner 2 or 3 times "not right now!" The coach got T'd up pretty quick early on for an obvious foul on his guy and felt like he was pushing the limits several times on getting a 2nd one.
Natural grass is the way to go. If those limey tea-sippers can figure it out at Wimbledon, we can do it at Iowa State.
Wet spots on the floor will lead to rot. Just sayin'.
DMR put out an article last night saying that TJ said in his presser that he “has a headache, but otherwise okay”.
After the second slip on the court I made a comment to Mrs. Velo that we would probably hear about how terrible our playing surface is from the Cincy coach.
