Why is JM definitely mafia?

Yeah he’s whining, but I’d say he’s acting on par with any other time he’s been leading the vote count.

I like the idea of having a few people tied at the top on the end of day 1 to see what happens, but I would tend to prefer not sending active posters like JM home right away.
