Tells me MC has always and will always control how the offensive side plays. One wonders if four OC's in five years has anything to do with the unpreparedness at the beginning of the year recently, regardless of the continuity of the hire coming from in-house.
Welcome to the party, pal!You can say Campbell is the best coach we have ever had, but that's not saying much. I now realize... the guy is overrated and I'm getting sick of it. There have been some great moments, sure, but.....
-A 1-7 (?) record against your in-state rival that has less talent than ISU most seasons. It always comes down to Campbell being outcoached by Ferentz every year. Period. This is unacceptable!
-Losing to teams like Louisiana, UNI, and Ohio should not happen. At least not as often as it happens at ISU.
-Never trying anything new. If something is not working, STOP DOING IT! We all get it, why can't Campbell get it? The play calling, on offense especially, is way too predictable.
-Poor o-line play every year.
-Coming off bye weeks looking like they didn't practice or prepare for the opponent with two weeks to do so. Same thing with bowl games.
-Tons of mental mistakes, dumb penalties, lines getting bullied... the list goes on and on.
This is a good coach? NO!
Hufford has had all kinds of issuesHonestly, outside of Hufford the line has been average. Hufford in the other hahand.
If you like penalties and missed blocks, they’re doing awesome!do I dare ask? How is the OL today?
They don't recruit for crap. I think they ranked 50th this year, and probably average in the high 30's. They do know how to coach them up, however.Did Matt tell you this? Heacock? CW? Blum? Who is telling you this?
At some point we have to admit they coach and recruit at a much higher level than us.
