I think we're officially becoming a poverty program. The NIL/pay-to-play era is hitting ISU right as our conference drops down a level. The one area we can't compete is actually paying the players, and it's killing us.

As an Iowa fan I’m not feeling good about the points they left on the field. Feels like it should be 21-0. Have a feeling this first second half drive is huge for ISU and could decide the game.

As a Cyclone fan I'd say unless Seneca comes out of the stands and takes the field we won't see another Cyclone comeback.

Or someone who is 6’4 plus. Rocco is too damn small … most of our line is 6’6. It really limits a QB if the D blocks his designed throwing windows.

Iowa left a lot of points on the field. However ISU hasn’t shown they are even capable of scoring.

The QB designed run was not executed well at all (never seem to be). The times we run what looked like a read option, a couple looked set up way better for Rocco to have kept, but not sure if he truly has that option or not.
