This is how I'm feeling with the menu music while doing off-season stuff

First game got clobbered by over 50 by Iowa. McNamara went 27/29 and I threw 5 picks.

Game two I was up 18 on K state with 3 minutes left. They had two straight possessions with touchdowns on the first play then walked the ball down the field and kicked a field goal in the final 25 seconds. I scored an 80 yard TD to put them away at the 1 minute mark and it was called back due to ineligible downfield.

Just ridiculous. Very much reminded me of the old Heisman difficulty where the computer just decided you were going to lose and nothing you did mattered (I know I'm being dramatic).

Got through season 1 with ISU and won the natty after going 11-1 (darn Utes) on AA. Kind of a funny glitch that happened: Utah went undefeated. ISU and K-State both finished with one loss with me beating K-State in the regular season finale. Thought I’d be playing Utah in the conference championship but the game counted K-State’s non con game against Arizona as a conference game so they finished 9-1 and I didn’t make it.

I’ll echo the previous poster that the expanded playoff really drags out the season. Was able to finish with the 21st recruiting class after taking a few weeks to figure out. Pretty much only going after 4/5 stars with a few 3 star gems in there this next season to see how it works out.

On a side note: between high school friends, college friends, and work friends, I was able to get a full 32 team online dynasty set up that we’re starting on Monday. Played around with a few ideas but ultimately decided on doing one conference for each friend group so we’re the ACC, Big Ten, and Big 12. I’m freakin pumped

Is anyone else disappointed with the in game stadium music and sounds. No “That’s a Cyclone FIRST DOWN. The cyclone warning sirens are off in pitch. No juicy wiggle, grove st party or sweet Caroline.
They were never going to get songs like Sweet Caroline or Juicy Wiggle due to licensing costs. It would have been cool but not feasible.

I'm going after the five star #2 rated QB in the high school class. Fully scouted him and he's a broken red diamond bust. But I'm also recruiting the four star #6 rated QB who is neither a gem or bust. The "bust" five star's scouting ratings are all better than the normal four star. I think I'm going to ignore the gem/bust metric.

One thing to factor is that even though the 5 star may have higher ratings his ceiling could be lower. He may come in nearly maxed out whereas the 4 star may have more room for growth through his career.

Where can I see that long term potential difference

Can you do a 4th conference for us CF folk or is this more of an exclusive club like thing?

Depending on how many RPOs you call, you can see some illegal man down field penalties. Holding about once per game. A few roughing the passers, and shockingly a few roughing the kickers as well.

I think Illegal Man Downfield is the only penalty I've gotten, and I figured out it was out of those damn RPOs, so I stopped calling them. Figured it might be a glitch, or I'm not understanding something correctly.

You… You do know that Arizona is in the Big 12 as of this season, right?

4th game into the dynasty and it’s already time to crank it up to All American. I’ve somehow got three pick 6s in the first half vs Houston.

First game was against FCS whatever. They went up 7-0. Then it was 14-14. Final was I won 56-17.

Then I started off down 17-0 to Iowa and turned it off to eat dinner.

Another thing I've noticed is the time of day doesn't appear to change throughout the game.

Played a game that kicked off at 6pm. In the fourth quarter, it still looked like it was 6pm.

Sounds like they have really nailed the feel of Cyclone football. Now you're set up for a late season 4 game winning streak where mathematically you could still make the conference championship game if Okie St loses two of their last three and Texas Tech beats Baylor...
