EA Sports NCAA Football game

I didn't know what else to do. He was already listed as #2 behind Singleton.

They don't offer the ability to sub out certain players on certain formations, either. I even switched to a 4-3 defense and he still wasn't out there!
4-3 and go to the depth chart to put Orange over Joefield on RDT near the bottom of the depth chart. Also may need to sub in Onyedim at DE in 4-3

my first season, dominic orange did not play once. He was 2nd on the depth chart behind singleton and every time a sub would happen it was the guy who was listed as 4th on my depth chart and I think he was a made up guy with the last name Jofield?
I noticed this too. There's another position called RDT (Rushing Defensive Tackle) seems to be who comes in on the 4 man.

I bought the regular version so I haven't played yet, but I've been reading a lot about little things like Mass subs, trophy cases, team histories, etc. not being included in the game. Seems like there were a lot of little things that were overlooked which is surprising to me given the game was in development for over 3 years and they delayed it an extra year. None of them are deal breakers for me but it stinks.

I have absolutely zero evidence to support my thoughts, but it kind of feels like they ran out of time again but were afraid to delay a second time. Feels like gameplay really got a lot of their focus right up until the end. I would expect to see some of the QOL things to return in next year's version with fewer gameplay updates.
There are a lot of "small things" missing that don't really take away from the game play, but would enhance the overall experience if the game had them.

Overall, I'd rate the game a high 8/low 9 out of 10.

Turn that off in the accessibility settings. I accidentally kept it on when I first opened the game, too.
I accidentally left that on when I was initially setting up my PS5. I couldn't turn it off until I got set up completed to get to the system accessibility settings.

Won the Natty. Played Ohio State. Damn they're good.

For players leaving, only Higgins left. Projected 7th round pick. Sama and Cooper stayed.

Regarding recruiting, first off I got a little lucky, there was a 5* from Cedar Rapids randomly generated that I was able to get so that's cool. I've got like 10 commits, but 7 or 8 of them are 4 or 5 star players. going to need to hit the transfer portal HARD.

If I could do it again, I'd just find the 4*+ players that have pretty decent interest in me and throw the house at them every time.

It's exceeded my expectations by quite a bit. Doesn't feel like it's the first entry in a decade.

Only some small gripes from me so far. Noticed some weird interactions in big groups where defenders just run by a ball carrier. Maybe some animations not playing well together?

And on AA I've had some weird ups and downs with opponents QB's. Baylor and WVU's QBs completed 80%+ against me. Then UCF didn't score until the last drive of the game.

I'm starting the game tonight. In the old versions, I would shorten the quarters to get more realistic stats and scores. Is anyone adjusting the quarter lengths in their dynasties? What quarter length are people using?

Does anyone else have to authenticate every time they start the game?

FYI the coaching carousel is after conference championship games and only lasts like 3 weeks. If you want to change jobs do it then. There is no off season carousel. Looks like I’m ISU OC again next year. My best offer was HC of Cincinnati but I don’t want to play as a different Big 12 team.

I've been playing 8 minute quarters with the clock accelerator taking the play clock down to 20 after I've decided on a play.

Any pointers on recruiting? I have looked up to send the house to four stars until they no longer like you, and set visits before committing. Also be aware of their interests
Also depending on your coach abilities, you can do more than 50 points on players. So you can send the house and send DMs to move up faster. Earlier the visit the better (and against better opponents) and align the visit and sways to their needs.

I don't even waste the hours on scouting except in the pre-season if my team is 3 stars or lower because even if they're a bust, they are still likely better than what you got.

And if you are putting your points into another coaching skill tree, hire a coordinator that specializes in recruiting. Their skills will apply to you.

Is there a way to offer your whole recruiting board at once scholarships
