It's so fun to see someone bounce back like he has.
Astros throw at Miranda in his first AB, but he comes up with a hit the next time up to make it 11/11. Get that Major League record, Jose!
Miranda singles again and is now 12/12. Ties all time MLB record. Unbelievable.

Apparently they’re calling up wallner so there goes Martin. Lee will have to be the corresponding Royce move.
I think he should. But the way they hang on to veterans makes me think he’s safe. I can’t remember his contract and am too lazy to look it up but they would be on the hook I think for 2 million if they cut him.
Question for a stat geek- how is Jeffers qualified for the batting title stats (239 AB) and Miranda isn’t yet (241 AB)?
Qualifier actually goes off plate appearances, not at bats.
276 is the current number for the Twins, Miranda is at 262, Jeffers actually just qualifies for the moment at 277.
If they send Lee down, then it would be total negligence. I understand it's a sample size now, but Lee appears to be one of the Twin's better players.

I know ASG are dumb and not the best players but Correa being the only twin on the first list before they do opt outs and stuff is stupid.
Never expected them to make the team, but Jax, Staumont, and Miranda are having outstanding seasons.
