No but height isn’t the reason he will have trouble making weight just guessing that 157 won’t be a problem for him at all

Paniro never seemed very large for 149, I'd bet it's possible. Probably more depends on what happens around him with other guys. Everything seems to be predicated on what weight AE is going to be at. If he's back down at 141, then I think it'd be best to see Paniro at 149. If not, then is it better for AE to jump to 149 or 157?
