That was the wildest hoops game I've watched. Even after losing how can you not say that was fun?
It was fun for awhile there for sure.

Not fun watching Baylor take back the momentum on multiple wide open 3’s.

The refs also missed the fact that there should have been 2.4 seconds on the clock after the Tre King foul. Why did they not look at that one also?
Yeah this is where they screwed up. Was surprised that wasn't reviewed.

Was it just me, or did we only make 2, maybe 3 FGs during the last... 10 minutes or so of the game?

One of these years, we'll have a team that doesn't do that consistently. Maybe we'll even be blessed enough to have a truly good FT shooting team, too.

Also the ball went through the net at 2.2 not 2.0. The shot was good

You acted like they don't work on free throw shooting. Like the coaches don't think it's important.

They're not a good shooting team, hence not a good free throw shooting team.

I forgot to work on my 3 pointers or I’d be Steph curry.

2 seconds to go. Free throw missed.

Clock starts .5 early.

1.3 runs off and it's blown dead.

Ball is advanced to the side out of bounds which is closest to the point of interruption.

.7 left on the clock + .5 early start = 1.2 seconds.

That was all done correctly.

I have never believed in moral victories….

Until that one.
Well I don't really believe in moral victories either, we lost the game. Could we have played better, and smarter at times on offense down the stretch, well of course. BUT, it isn't really even the win or loss that matters with this game, as much as we got up off the deck and fought back, and then we were in an intense battle, in the lions den and we kept taking haymakers, and kept fighting back. We got down by 4 with less than 2 left and then Lipsey started getting on track, hit a free throw, drove again and got it down to 2, then hit the shot to tie it up. We take for granted that our team is expected to dominate where ever they play now, and that isn't the case Did you see Baylor's crowd, it was just as nuts as Hilton. It was an great effort to get back into the game.

Not exactly sure.
I don't think we really got screwed on time left. If it was 2 seconds left we probably would've had it at the baseline right? The slight bobble from Milan delayed it just enough. Weird game. Not a good game from us but we never quit
I think we got hosed before the free throw. If it was a foul on the shot, then the clock should have had more than 2.0 seconds at the free throw since the foul should have stopped the clock before it even went through the rim. No idea why they did t check actual time there.

I fully expect this from Tyrese tues
IDK. Maybe. But he's already has had a couple shots at us since he left. Plus that was a he left us deal vs a TJ basically told Nunn not to worry about honoring his commitment.

Yeah I don't get the clock complaint. Give me that setup over 2 seconds from the baseline. Milan needed to be a little tighter on his cut to get the ball quicker and then he fumbled it just slightly. Really good play design.
The only tong that males me sad about that is we just burned one of our really good last second inbounds plays. Can't run it again as effectively.

It was the most entertaining game I’ve watched that resulted in a loss for the cyclones. What a wild game
I usually don't like watching delayed replays if we lose. This one will be very curious to re-watch in 2 days (radio only for me). Wild roller coaster game.

It will be interesting to see what got Drew so upset, 2x!

Clock mishap is the only reason we had any chance. Needed to draw up a quicker developing play with it though
Yeah the clock screw up was a big help to ISU. Anybody really thinks it’s better to have King with his back to the basket, 90’ from the hoop with 2.0 and counting vs an inbound play with 1.2 at nearly half court?

Missed a lot of “bunny” shots, especially in the first half. I didn’t think the team played great for the first 28 or so minutes. Baylor knocking down nearly every open three point shot doesn’t help.
We played good/great for about 6 minutes while Baylor was melting down and the refs were throwing around Baylor Ts and fouls like Oprah. The rest of the game was pretty bad and we closed like crap. Too bad. It was there for the taking. Hopefully we don't have a hangover for Texas.
