Anyone know how low the pressure got for the center of this storm. Saw it is currently 28.88 which makes it one of the lowest ever.

There was something like 16" in early February 2011. At least there was that much in Clarence - 35 mi E of CR. Maybe CR didn't get that much then.
In Polk County we had one in 97 I think that was easily 12 inches. We also had an early April storm in 99 that I think was around 15 inches.

Weather Underground is saying another 6 inches over the next three days. That’s neat.

Watching Jason Parkin reporting live on TV in the middle of a Des Moines residential street that has not been plowed yet I lived on a street like that. Thankful we moved out of Des Moines over 10 years ago. Already had our street plowed several times today in Grimes. I realize they have a lot less miles of roads tonl plow but they seem to make passes through residential streets overnight so it's not such a daunting task after the main roads are clear.
