We have been getting rain pretty much continuously since 10pm last night here in Cincinnati.

Plow came by my house in WDM and only did half the road and now I have a 4 foot high pile of snow from my driveway to the middle of street. Hopefully they come back soon cuz there is no way my single stage can do anything with that

If you ram it slowly eventually it will loosen up

This doesn't sound quite right, my neighbors have an EGO blower and routinely blow their driveway and the entire sidewalk for us and the neighbors.

I have an EGo snow shovel that I use for my front and back deck and it worked great with today's snow. It did get clogged a couple times but no big deal. I also have an Ariens 2 stage snowblower for the driveway. That thing is a beast.

Are we supposed to get hit again this weekend? Was just watching the national news on KCCI, and they showed a graph that those of us in the southern part of the state could see another 8 to 12 inches Friday and Saturday.

Yikes. I was able to justify missing tonight. But I'm going to be crabby if Saturday is trouble. Let's hope the snow hits early on Friday.

My blower may be 40 some years old and not quite work like it used to, but dammit it starts right up and I can just shove that thing through. Gets the job done and the wife is happy.
