September and October are the worst possible months for COVID outbreaks. Not enough time to maneuver makeups and not have things be disastrous.

Hope it's isolated but have a feeling it won't be. It's going around

Man oh man I just do not get Canario sitting both games today. I’m sure he’ll start the next two against lefties, but come on. Stop putting faith in guys outside of Belli and let someone else have a chance.

I think if I were called up for my first game (which I never will be in case you’re wondering)…I would prefer my first AB to be a pinch hit situation. Don’t have to worry about your spot coming up, don’t have to worry about having a ball hit to you…just a jolt of adrenaline. Feel like you’re going to pass out when you walk out…and hope you regain your senses before you’ve got three strikes. Then I would guess most of the garbage would be over and you can move on to a more normal feeling the next time.

Happ with a boss at bat to drive in the second run. Ten pitch AB, fouling off several pitches in the process.
