This makes no sense. We added 4 P5 teams and now we gotta string along one of the least profitable Pac12 teams and a mwc team. No way. This is “sources saying” from loser teams. We’re waiting for ACC and UCONN

But it came from Scheer. Arizona is already safe so he doesn’t have any incentive to pass it on if it’s not true.

With Arizona not observing DST, they are essentially Pacific time until the time change in November. So they're basically Pacific time for nearly all of football season.

I told my wife today, them joining the Big 12 will result in more reasonable game start times. With the PAC, a lot of those games started after 10/11 eastern time. Hopefully half the games will start at 8/9 eastern due to playing in Midwest/Eastern time zones.

Seriously, how does Kliavkoff still have a job?

I don’t think we’ll add OSU and SDSU, but SDSU should’ve been added to the Pac as soon as CU left. Yet they would rather be with the Big 12 than trying to band with the remaining 4 and rebuild a west coast conference.

He is in charge of the the PAC 4. The smallest conference ever

For fb they have no choice but to start late in Sept. it might be dangerous to start before 730.

Basketball for Arizona was really rough, not only would those games tip off at 10/11 eastern. They’d also be on the PAC network. Nonetheless, she’s excited that more games will start at more reasonable times.

You’d still need a couple more teams to have an After Dark window every week unless BYU/Utah/Colorado will do 8:30 PM local time kicks. (And I think we should push them to do this at least once a year personally.)

Otherwise, with only 2 schools you can’t have a consistent late game short of those two playing all of their home games at night.
