You have to remember, this is not all about the B12 alone. It's about moving to the B12, but also about leaving a conference that they have been a part of for a very long time. There are lots of relationships and emotions that are a part of that. If ISU had to go to another conference years ago, it would have been tough for most of us to leave the B12 behind and watch the conference basically dissolve before our eyes.

Wow. Try Googling just about any PAC 12 school's financial situation and it soon becomes obvious that most of them are serious financial trouble already. What is going to happen to them if the PAC 12 implodes and they get an even worse streaming deal? WSU, ASU, Wash, UCLA (which is getting bailed out by joining the B1G) and of course Cal which will still be paying off their stadium until at least 2053 are all running huge deficits already.

Daddy's dipping into the sauce. I love it.
Angry writing... Almost as good as angry tweeting...

Only could be topped by an angry "After Dark" pod.
Can you blame him? I can't. I can't blame any of us. Sauce or no sauce!

Go Cody! Go Cody Rode! Go Cody (CW)! Tell em how you really feel!

Good for him. And we Cyclone fans know more than most what OSU and WSU are going through. I wouldn't wish that on anyone.

You got that from Vickers. ‘Work in Essex County’. Page 98, right?

In a world where admin and executives are getting blasted for being ******** for putting money over anything else during this realignment, Crow is the one person with any power who is saying “wait a minute, this isn’t right” and people are blasting him for not immediately hopping on the train?
It's not because he's considering the little guys, it's because he thinks he's too good. Insufferable.

Once all the dust settles from the Pac implosion, many of the Pac quotes will interesting to look back on. Just a few examples:

"The longer we wait on the media deal, the better our options are."

"We have better schools, better markets, and better ratings."

"We haven't decided if we're going shopping there [Big 12] yet."

Beating the Big 12's media package "will be a layup."

"It's clear to me that every school who's in the Pac 12 is committed to the Pac 12."
