Do you think Jamie apologizes to the rest of the conference for Randy?

The next CW pod with Pollard...

CW: Jamie, you know I love Randy; he's a great guy. But, man, some of the questions he asks at pressers get discussed quite a bit on the site. People view them as lazy, argumentative, self-fulfilling. What do you think? Have you ever apologized to the rest of the conference for having to deal with him?

Jamie: HA, ol' Randy. We all love Randy too...

(Long, awkward pause).

Brett generated over $1 million dollars by moving the media's free seats to the upper level and selling their old court side seats to the high rollers. Randy and the rest of the media should be grateful they got to have incredible seats for free all those many years.

Anybody know if CBS has an angle at all in the PAC-12’s dissolution? Just find it interesting that Dodds has been pretty consistently doing a weekly hit piece.

Testifying
If Big 12 coaches are willing to go on record to talk about the 4 corners, that's not good for the PAC.

CBS seems to be fine with their one game a week in the late afternoon timeslot, along with their CBS Sports games.

There was talk of maybe CBS being interested in the Big12 games, but since we didn't go to market, they couldn't bid.

Getting OU and UW in the B1G. Also they might try to get a piece of the extra Big 12 inventory.

Not exactly sure.
If the big 10 takes Oregon and Wash that puts them at 18. If they are eyeing 20, that means they only have 2 spots for ACC.

Unless they go to 24. But I think they would stop at 20.

Superleague only needs a few brands from the ACC (Clemson, FSU, Miami) so those could fit into SEC and B1G takes a couple they "like" and then it's all in place.

I would be surprised if 20 is the final # for the Big10 with their already adding USC/UCLA. I have to believe their long term plan is to have 4 or 6 Pac 12 schools. In the end, I feel the Big10 will get to 24 teams once ACC/ND are in play. Just a matter if Big10 values Duke/Ga Tech over Cal/Stanford.

SEC might have a tougher time getting beyond 20 if they don't push west. But tough to believe ASU, UU, CU, OSU, ISU or KU can increase their value to meet SEC thresholds by 2030.

SEC fits would be FSU/Clemson/GT/any NC or VA school. Basically any state from the defeated confederacy would be fair game for them.
