Had TJ knew ahead of time what kind of games Gabe and Grill would have tonight... we'd have been better off as a team if TJ had just sat both of them all game. They were both that bad.

And what was up with Tre King? Did nothing. Holmes had one rebound all night.

We just didn't even get average games from our best players... they didn't show up at all.

Oh we're back to this phase now.

The problem is getting in like this will be one and done. I'm less concerned about the tourney than showing some improvement or more games like KU.

The reason we suck so bad now is Grill and Gabe have regressed on the offensive end. They were carrying us those first 6-7 conference games on offense.

Yeah Gabe has been his normal self these last few games. I thought that a switch might've finally flipped those first several conference games but I shouldn't have gone against years of data. He will still win us some games this year

I’m going to try to put a spin zone on this. It’s almost a sense of relief that the conference is out of reach. This is a team that CAN make a run in March. We have plenty of issues, but they will be addressed. March is what matters. Just get there.

That said, I’m sick.

Gabe and Grill are the key. This team will go where they take us. They are so on and off. If they are on, we can beat anyone/anywhere. When they are off we are completely terrible because we have nothing else apparently. We just keep doing the same thing and expect different results.

Only bad losses were today and Texas Tech. We win those two and everybody is extremely happy. TCU game is huge on Wednesday. Really need a win or things might start going off the rails.

Those are not bad losses. They may be our worst losses, but they are not "bad".

Gabe's good offensive start in Big 12 play is one of the reasons we were winning games. He has struggled lately as teams have taken him out of his rhythm and Grill has not responded well lately.

It’s going to be so critical to get an explosive off guard after this season. Jaren has been mostly good, but we just don’t have guys that can get buckets on their own.

Losses matter but not as much when literally every loss so far isn’t a bad loss metrics wise.
