***2022-23 CFB Bowl Games Thread***

I really can't stand Utah either, but if the Big Ten finishes off the Pac12 (wash/Oregon, Stan/Cal), then Utah will probably be in the Big12. Big12 could use another Rose Bowl win..lol

Still can't believe this is going to be a conference road game venue for Penn State in a couple years.

The Rose Bowl though is looking to be a great finish, honestly 2 solid teams, thank goodness Purdue didnt sneak in here.

My big takeaway after watching the best teams play over the last week is- OFFENSE, OFFENSE, OFFENSE. It's an advantage to have a solid defense like ISU but if our offense can't regularly score 35+ points, the Cyclones are going to struggle to win against top 20 teams.

The thing that stands out, big play ability and the importance of speed at the skill positions. One other constant is the ability of elite offenses to complete a lot of passes 10-20 yards downfield between the hashes. Turning 15 yard slants into TD's.

nothing like being the QB going to the locker room to get checked out and seeing your backup throw a pick before heading in
