***2022-23 CFB Bowl Games Thread***

Notre Dame South Carolina all tied up. Seems Notre Dame is more steady, and S. Car is relying heavily on bowl prep gimmicks home crowd energy. Starting to even out.

UCLA back-up QB leads a drive to take the lead 35-34 with 30 seconds left.

Cool story about Pitt QB sticking it out for 5 years and getting his opportunity in the bowl and looking like a win.

Narduzzi looking for Chip Kelly after the game and couldn't find him lol

I do not understand the multiple numbers issue. There is no reason to have two players with the same number, and getting a penalty for doing something stupid with it like South Carolina just did and North Carolina did in the Holiday Bowl is super stupid. There are literally 100 numbers (0-99). You do not need dupes!

There are also 120 or more guys on every football roster.

It's why ISU has 2-3 all-purpose pullover jerseys at the ready -- so two guys aren't wearing the same number on special teams.

They don't all travel to Bowl Games though. Do they?

Most teams have dudes with matching numbers. Over 100 players on a team. That's one thing special team coordinators have to be wary of. Did anybody see Notre Dame's fake punt? They have a special teams coordinator.
