Trust me that fan base is oddly arrogant. They take their hoops seriously and get pissed when you don’t think Storrs is the college bball capital of the world. Between their men’s and women’s programs and titles in the last 25 years they aren’t necessarily wrong but they are a weird bunch.

Never forget. UConn fans pushed Cy down a flight of steps and broke their wing at a football game. UConn must be destroyed.

The one I saw earlier was pretty reasonable, but they had a Creighton fan on there saying we're not that good since they apparently handled us in a secret scrimmage. Bragging about winning a secret scrimmage seems like the most Creighton thing ever.

agreed...I think they will be bubble/NIT. There is enough garbage teams they play in big10, they should be fine.
I do think they beat us at home though. will be our first real test on the road.

Gabe and Holmes will be inside Perkins head all night. I bet he gets T'd up at some point. Beyond that, hold Murray to one of his patented 4-17 shooting nights and we should be OK.

The predictions before this rivalry game always make me chuckle. Throw them all out the window. They play so much better at home vs. us and the game rarely matches what people are speculating.
(TCU was a wake up call for them. No way PM goes scoreless from the field against us, nor will Murray only have an 'off 11'. Good win for TCU. Miles makes them so legit.)

I hate to get too excited with November results. Things can change drastically between now and March but after watching them this weekend they look like legit national title contenders.
