I don't know why I still listen to this, but I think I'm about done.

This morning was brutal. Travis thought a tweet from barstool was hilarious (the one saying last night's NFL snooze game was as boring as women's basketball) and got all defensive when CF's own Steph Copley called him out on it. They spent an hour defending Barstool and themselves against misogyny.

By 7:25, they still hadn't talked about either the Iowa or Iowa State game this weekend.

KXNO is a bigger load of crap than I thought although I am sure they will slobber all over Caitlin Clark in a few months. Thank you Steph!

Isn't that Travis' entire schtick? To look for opportunities to flaunt just how little he cares about being PC? It's so transparent and lame. He's a loser.

Tried to listen to the morning show today to see if it has improved. Came to the conclusion that Travis and Ross are really, really bad. I would rather listen to the national shows that actually talk sports. Hell, Cowherd is better than the TnR crap. That is all.

If we didn't have local radio then we wouldn't have any coverage of local athletics, pick your poison. These shows aren't Dan Patrick or Cowherd but they talk Iowa State and that's what I want to hear, national shows only talk NBA/NFL.

This is true for radio. But there is a huge amount of local sports coverage via "Iowa Everywhere" now.

Then after the commercial break they spent 15 seconds saying West Virginia's home record, Iowa State's away record, and West Virginia's bench points per game. Then, "now that we talked about Iowa State, let's move on."
