Yeah it is such a myth that Iowa is the best defensive line we play each year. There are probably half a dozen in the Big 12 as good or better

We've had a lot of bad first halves, to be fair.

The problem is that is who we have shown to be when playing a team with a pulse, so can we really say we should be killing them?

This is where they need to get creative. They can spy with a DB. Hell they could have McDonald spy at times. Mix it up.

Yeah, Baylor isn’t looking very good at home, yet they looked unbeatable against us last week. I think we really need to reevaluate our expectations this year.

Probably true. Play the young guns more? I mean they are playing, but maybe play them more?

That's tough cause you don't want to force them in before they're ready but if Kansas keeps attacking on the edges and on 3rd downs or if they go more spread, yeah, I would. I'd try to match up based on personnel. If their FB / TEs are in, the vets are probably fine. But if they want to go spread or more speed option, getting quicker can't hurt
