Would Ames High beat ISU?

Plus McDermott's son off the bench, and some other quality players. If you are scoffing at the notion of Ames beating ISU you have not watched enough ISU basketball in the last 3 years.

We would have a coaching advantage though. I think.

Yes, I realize that, but I'm not going to take the blame for the failure of others to pick up on sarcasm and self deprecating humor. LET ME SPELL IT OUT FOR YOU...............I DON'T ACTUALLY BELIEVE THAT ISU WOULD LOSE TO AMES HIGH!

HB would school our guards like he does against them in scrimmage. 39 points easily. He would be the best player on the court. We would have to win against Mcd'S kid or someone else.

This one. Yes I think ISU would beat Ames. Would it be a blowout? Not at all like some of you want to think. I think ISU is a good team with some great talent. I also think the team is both physically and mentally weak to the point that a game with Ames high shcool is not a given. For that, you think that makes me ignorant. On top of that the only way to solve the problem is to wait until next year.

I expected a win on the road against an average Mizzou team and heard of an uncontested blow out. Mizzou is on the schedule in the future. Perhaps waiting is not a good option. Today's game is the first time I have questioned the future with McD and it sucks.

We would destroy Ames High. Seriously, did you ever play high school basketball or against D1 basketball players? Question ISU against college teams but they aren't going to break a sweat against Ames High.

I played just as much competitive bastketball, if not more, up to the point of college, as some of the guys on the team I'll bet. Should ISU win convincingly, yes. Would they? Not from what I have seen from both Ames and ISU. I am saddened by that, but not ignorant.

This is by far the dumbest thread I've read on here and there have been a lot of stupid ones (thanks cyclonepower02). I don't blame the creator, he was just goofing around...which is what people do on here and it's not like he starts stupid threads like this every hour (thanks cyclonepower02). The problem is how some people take it and go crazy. He says he is kidding...but people still proceed to tell him it's a dumb idea and list reasons why ISU would win (thanks cyclonepower02). Others debate whether it could actually happen and whether it would be close...so apparently even though he was joking some people felt like it was a worthwhile debate...so maybe ag dude or whatever his name was isn't such a big idiot.

Go back and read this thread start to finish and the posts are horrible...except for the dude that wants to get high and I don't even smoke weed.

Sorry cyclonepower02, i can't respect someone that starts this many threads and didn't know Fizer was recruited by Floyd...wasn't he our first McDonalds All-American?
