This is the first I've heard that there will not be power to all sites-also that not all sites would be paved.

I can see them getting by without too much pushback if not all spots are paved, but to have most with electrical and some without, that doesn't seem fair and you are going to have a lot of pretty outraged people

I agree. This will be our first year in the RV lots and I don't have a generator. I'd rather not have to buy one if I don't need to but I certainly will want to know before I get there if I need one or not. I increased our donation level to get in the lot and will be disappointed if they don't come through with electric for all. The concrete is nice but not critical.

Not exactly sure.
If it’s like 2-3 years ago, I’m showing up early to just watch the RV mud bogging that will happen there. Maybe bring a cable with my pickup and make a few bucks with towing.

Shouldn't be an issue as the drive aisles are intended to be paved as well.

All stalls will be paved and all will have power. (For reference, I'm looking at the plans right now.)
I'm assuming they changed from paved concrete from the last plans I saw to the recycled asphalt to save cost and to be able to pave it all? Lucernex sucks.

The south exit will be nice as well if they still intend to connect it to S16.

Drive aisles will be recycled asphalt. The B1-F project will be going at the same time and they will use the old asphalt from that as part of the material. Pads are still concrete.

No plans to connect to S 16th for now.

They are doing a ped bridge over the creek, not a vehicle bridge. My guess is it's the smae style as they put at Veenker.

G7 being turned into an RV lot will hopefully help with traffic flow coming out of the Haunted Forest and G6 lots. That’s been a horrible area to get out.

I know at one discussion it was mentioned that another end goal will also be to connect to S16 in the future, maybe not with this project but it’s been discussed. Maybe that’s changed since the new bridge is open connecting Lincoln way and S16.

That's a 4 or 5 phase project, only part of which has an actual timeline.

South 16th widened to 4 lanes
Permanent stoplights at the Vet Med entrance
Paving G4/G5
Moving Commuter Lot to G4/G5 (possibly)
Connector road from S. 4th to S. 16th.

Hey houjix, you said above you were looking at the plans......anything you can share? :) Picture maybe?
I would love to see how they are laying out the sites and drive aisles.
