Shave Before or After Shower?

After always better. Razor. Mach III the handle is decades old. I dont care what the blades cost. Ive tried others they all dissappoint.

I just bought a new one (the power switch was breaking in the old one - probably a spring inside or something). My new one doesn't leave stubble.

I always shave during. Saves on shaving cream too. Just lather up with soap.

I always shave first. It is a lot easier to see what I am doing when the mirror isn't all fogged up. I have shaved in the shower a few times, but I usually miss a spot or two. I'm semi-retired, so it isn't uncommon for me to not shave more than a couple times a week.

In the morning if my face is a little puffy, I’ll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1,000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water-activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub.

Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturiser, then an anti-ageing eye balm followed by a final moisturising protective lotion

No kidding. Shaving was in some ways tougher when I had a beard. I had to make it even and line it all up.
