I agree the b10 is not finished nor the SEC, but they want the schools from the ACC.
Everyone has to assume that Oregan and Washington want to be in the B10, they applied for membership last night it being reported, and the B10 said they were done expanding at this time, but they said the same thing last year.
The B10 wants to buy time to see what ND and the ACC schools are going to do, that is why the B12 needs to invite the 4 Pac12 schools now, if they want to sit and do nothing, then turn to and invite CU and, Utah,. Both of them may be thinking like Mizzu was thinking and they do not want to be left standing when the music stops and will jump at the chance to get set now. The GOR for all Pac 12 schools are up in 2024, taking CU and Utah forces the hand of Oregan, Washinton, Stanford and Cal, do they not want to stay in an 8-team league, and add San Diego and Boise, or do they make a better choice and join the B12.
I am sure they will go back to the B10 first and ask them again, that is their preferred landing spot, but if the B10 doesn't jump and grab them, then one would think they would be forced to join the B12 to stay viable.
