I once had an employee that everyone could see was a little bit off, a little bit tinfoil hat, a little bit Unibomber. They couldn’t be further from one another as far as similar players go. AJ Green is a bucket getter who can create his own shot in a multitude of ways. He also is a solid ball handler with a high basketball IQ. He was asked to do literally everything at UNI.

I love Caleb but he’s a 3 and D guy who’s above average at both. Love his energy and effort and he does indeed help us. But the comparison between the two players is a bad one.

I bet if someone went back and charted it Gabe had the most late shot clock situations. It seemed like someone was always passing him the ball with 5 or less on the shot clock because they didn't want to take the shot themselves.

Two time Player of the Year in a Top 10 league and just shy of 1800 points in 3 years. I must have missed Grill being Player of the Year in the Mountain West.

AJ is the second or third best player in the portal.
