Nope. Day has two years left and they love the kid behind him that has 3 to play plus they signed a kid from Michigan that was one of their top priorities in the class.Would they be interested in Bouman do you think?

UNIs staff was borderline devastated when Cook took the PWO instead of the ride at UNI. They thought the world of him.
Blake Clark, and yes he is Caitlin Clark's brotherWho is the other walk-on QB besides Marv Cook’s kid?
Seems to me he is essentially an assistant coach.Blake Clark, and yes he is Caitlin Clark's brother
I don't think he's athletic enough to be a TE. He's supposed to be a good kid and he looked legit in high school but D1 is another level.I always thought Bouman could have been transform into a TE with his size, I was wrong about that.
So our depth chart is mostly children of NFL tight ends?1. Dekkers
2. Cook
3. Becht
Then hopefully Hunter can take some shots and is pretty damn durable. He is
God, I hope not. That reeks of him playing out of his ass against us in an embarrassing loss or extremely uncomfortable win, and then being pedestrian the rest of the time (like McElvain).Would they be interested in Bouman do you think?
To put it lightly, Aidan Bouman was not FBS caliber in the open practice. Maybe not even FCS. He was dead last on the depth chart behind 2 walkons.
Wish him luck at his next destination.
Why? By all accounts he is solid. Sounds like Becht and Glantz are capable too. I think the QB room is as good or better as any other year since Campbell has been here.I don't feel all that comfortable about our QB room if Cook is the #2 kid.
Just keep Central Arkansas off the schedule for the next couple years and you'll be fine...God, I hope not. That reeks of him playing out of his ass against us in an embarrassing loss or extremely uncomfortable win, and then being pedestrian the rest of the time (like McElvain).
Totally see your point. But walk-on's don't give me warm, fuzzies. Why? By all accounts he is solid. Sounds like Becht and Glantz are capable too. I think the QB room is as good or better as any other year since Campbell has been here.
A couple years ago we had Purdy and two true freshman. That was it. We're certainly in a better position than that.
