*** Official Oklahoma vs IOWA STATE Game(Day) Thread ***

That KState meltdown still stings. Hope we can find 2 more
I try not to get TOO greedy about the record -- could have lost at home to Tech and at OSU ... but I wouldn't mind having even one of at KU/vs. KSU ... I'll chalk up the TCU home loss to an off-day, and we returned the favor and a split isn't bad. We let the at OU game get away from us.

Pay back vs WVU and at KSU. Sweep OSU.

Great game. I love that they found something that worked and really tried to stick with it for 40 minutes. Best win since...the Iowa game?
I'd put the UT win in Hilton in there. It feels like a year ago tho and buried because it was followed up by our stretch of nothing but losses except for one we stole in overtime in Stillwater.

Shot selection was so much smarter in the first half in particular today than in a long time. They had a sketchy stretch of late clock jumpers in the second half but they did go in at a higher clip, yes.

Only shot 5 3's the first half, all of them were good shots, in the rhythm of the offense. There weren't any forced early in the shot clock, the results speak for themselves.

I think if we just win one more, we could make the tourney. Lets get 2 or more though to be safe.

Yes, but I think it takes a while before it's available on replay. A day or so? I could be wrong.

Edit: there is often full game replays on YouTube or at least long highlight videos by Mathew Loves Ball that is almost like watching the whole game.

You think this game in our eyes is how other fan bases have felt the last few games?

can’t hit a shot to save their lives while the other team can’t miss down the stretch.
Fuckem it’s nice to be on the right side of it.

Can't ask for more out of a game than that. Believe that's an ISU record for shooting percentage in conference play.
