US vs Canada - World Cup Qualifying

I'll be watching this one en español.

Related note, anyone else going to the Honduras game in St Paul this week? Current forecast for Wednesday night:

I like that Canada has made it to this stage and is decent. I'd much rather see them go than Mexico. With those conditions, it's going to be as ugly as the Texas Tech - ISU BB game.

One of the worst performances in one of the biggest games. Still gonna have to be score watching to get into the World Cup

Clunker of a loss.
@ St. Paul is going to be tough too.
No need for that nonsense when the U.S. hosts.

There is just no reason to play a game in the frozen trundra when we have so many options. The USMNT should be concentraiting on what helps them play well not trying to discomfort the other side while it discomfots and dumbs down the game for the USMNT too. Ugh. Just annoys the hell out of me.

There is every reason to play it there. If you had any clue what they go through when the play in concacaf this is just fine. They didn’t lose because they we cold. They lost because Canada selected a small field where they could play compact in their defensive 1/3 and play pure counter attack game. They picked the best field for them to play against the United States AND CANADA executed their game plan. We didn’t.

I would have loved it so much if Arriola would have put that overhead kick away. For as much **** as he takes, him being the one to steal the point would have been glorious.

For those that are going to St. Paul, make sure you have proof of vax/negative test with you.

Scoring in the 7th minute also made it very easy for them to sit in the entire game.

I am aware of what they go through down there.

While the U.S. didn't lose today because it was cold, it was still uncomfortable and made it more difficult to have a better and more fluid game. However, that was Canada's choice.

When the U.S. has the choice, they need to worry about maximinizzing what makes the U.S. better than petty stuff like this.

Playing @ St. Paul in Feb. will not help make this team better to play and win @ Qatar later this year.

If the USMNT want to freeze their balls off on purpose, that's their business.

Just my onion.

They have to qualify first... And the temperature differential will help with that.

Didn't get to watch this at all but sounds pathetic...just like the last game. This team seems listless.
