*** Official TCU vs #15 IOWA STATE Game(Day) Thread ***

I know I will get roasted for saying this, but we lose this game and one more like it where we’re supposed to win and you start wondering where 7 conference wins are going to come from. I am still optimistic, but we are absolutely not a lock to make the tourney if we can’t beat TCU at home.

Be curious if he is consistently knocking down shots in practice and if this is all mental. It’s shocking how bad he is when he’s off.

I honestly think there's something wrong with his form, he has these overly high-arcing shots, and I think there's a reason you don't typically see really great shooters have those sorts of shots, it's just making the process harder on yourself. I think if he were to be able to flatten out his shot maybe his aim would be a little more consistent. A little late for that, though.

Just frustrating how bad we are offensively. You can be poor at it and struggle at it, but this team is just flat out terrible offensively. Wasting a great defense.

If we’re not winning this game I don’t see the tournament as a possibility. This was the most winnable game on the rest of our schedule and we’ve choked

The arc on his shot is incredibly inconsistent from shot to shot, which leads me to believe his mechanics are, too.
