The difference is Young wasnt going anywhere without CMC . And CMC has worked his butt off to be able to get a chance to coach ND. Young hasnt earned ****.
This is just the tip of the iceberg for schools like Iowa State. Stuff like this is why some of us were upset when our Supremely Stupid Court allowed this.

I would also like to point out that Isheem Young has a kid (looks like less than a year old), I know it may be common just to focus on the football side of things, especially on here but im sure, given Isheem has a girlfriend and less than year old son, there were/are other things at play here.
