New donor here, so there’s something i don't get. According to the Cyclone Club it seems like you need to be at the $5,000 level to get lowers for basketball. So are all the people that have lowers donating $5,000+/yr every year? Or do they no longer donate, but at some point got those seats and just keep them?

No they need to keep the donation current. It is also my understanding that there likely wouldn't be a seat available to purchase if you started donating 5 to get down there. I'd at least call the office if you were thinking of donating just to get into the lower bowl to see if there was availability.

Probably 10-12k for lower level yearly. Seems like 2-3 years ago Jamie said there were people in the balcony that had donated 12k.

Beginning of this year was the year to get new seats it seems. Most seats I’ve seen given up and available during seat selection. With success bball tickets go fast. Like others said there will be some movement when donations change.

You will likely not get lowers the first year you meet the donation requirement.

Unle$$ you $ignificantly exceed the $tated minimum.

The Athletic Department holds lots of seats in the lower bowl.

Very true. We were able to snag balcony front row. Wasn't able to get in the lower half of the balcony prior to COVID.

With the reindexing, will they also change the boundaries of the current sections, or create more or less donation levels? Or is this purely a $ change to the existing system?

Could be all of it. Depends on what is sitting our there and what they think they could push the levels to and gain.

Just curious while we're on the topic of seating locations, what are the conditions for those that sit in the chairs on the floor. Not that I'm desiring those, I just never asked anybody before. Frankly, I don't even remember what year it was even started.

Thanks for the info. Appreciate it. I have recognized a few fans sitting in those and really doubt they have those kind of funds. Perhaps cooperations or businesses have purchased them and they happen to be lucky employees.

Jesus, I’ll enjoy my beachside bar stool in Mexico thank you very much.

I had the privilege of sitting there once as a guest. It’s a whole different game down there. Saw K-State the year Huggins was there.
