Players that should get drafted this year

I don't think Rose gets hurt by measureables. He's 6'-3"-6'-4" with long arms, 250lbs, and moves well. I have no idea what he'll run in the 40, but he's not exactly a slow, plodding linebacker. His measurables are as good, if not better than Klein's who was a 5th rounder, if I remember right.

I agree. For whatever reason I feel like LBs can be nitpicked to death and have this weird feeling he will be unjustly knocked on something.

Whoever gets him will get a baller. Dude flat out brings it on every play.

Breece barring injury or steep fall off late is a steady bet. Should be no worse than a 3rd. Likely a 2nd, maybe could even sneak into the 1st.

I think Enyi has really done himself some good coming back this season. He may have a shot in the late rounds.

I definitely think Rose gets drafted, but I do think he’ll get dinged for speed. Likely a two down player in the next level.

Someone mentioned earlier, I don’t think Kolar’s stock should be affected this year. He missed a game or two early on, and has been steady ever since. He was never going to be a first round pick. Definitely feels like a solid 3rd.

Look at most NFL TE besides a Kyle Pitts and you’ll see them producing similar to what Kolar has in college.

So did Hakeem but work ethic has a lot to do with where Lazard is at. We will see in X. I love him in the Cardinal and Gold

He did but Hutch doesn't drop balls or have the route running issues that Butler had/has. IMO Hutch is clearly better than both but I guess we will see in April.

There isn't anything NOT to like. I really don't understand how (many on) this board don't think he is a sure fire draft pick.

Unless he ***** the bed at the combine I think he's off the board by the end of the 3rd round. If he can run a 4.44 or something like that I think he is off by the end of the 2nd. He is an absolute gamer and someone an elite QB would love to have on his roster.

Pettway didn't get drafted. Lazard didn't get drafted. Money Reynolds didn't get drafted. Blythe didn't get drafted. Those are all guys with at least comparable skill sets to Hutchinson. Like all of those guys, Hutchinson is missing top end speed. He'll probably run around a 4.55-4.60, which is fine, but not something that will move him up boards. I love that he is able to make tough catches and he basically turns into a RB after the catch. But unless you have an elite ability to get open or elite speed, you are going to be lucky to get drafted. Just my opinion from watching the draft for years.

One thing I'll say about Enyi...his versatility is really going to help him. He can be a 4-3 DT or a 3-4 DE. He's stout inside and can still set the edge and has a motor to get after the QB. I can see him sneaking into the end of the draft. Same thing for Rose. If he was just a middle LB, that is low end draftable. Him playing outside at SAM and succeeding at it has raised his value.

I'll give you that X definitely runs better routes than Butler and does not have the drops issues that Lazard and Butler had, but overall clearly better than both? That's maybe a little bit of recency bias. He does separate better with his route running than those two, but he really hasn't dominated games like they did. He gets a lot of targets because he's our only option at WR. Not saying he doesn't do well with that, but you don't have to gameplan for him like you did for Lazard or Butler. We'll see...personally, I'd be shocked (happily) if he's picked in the first two days.

Will and Breece. And probably lower than you think.

You listed 10 players that could get drafted, I’m sorry but there is 0 percent chance that happens. That would tie for second most all time from one program in a draft. At the very most 4 will be drafted. There are only so many spots in the NFL and most of the time teams are taking younger players with less miles. Not super seniors. Not in the draft anyway.

Forgot about Zack Petersen. It would be cool to come back and play with his brother, but I see him with a 6th or 7th round grade. He isn’t flashy but he is consistent, high motor, great understanding of the game.

He won’t get drafted. Jaquan was a better player than him and was undrafted. Zach Peterson’s are a dime a dozen in the NFL.

Klein was pretty fast. IDK if Mike is that fast but I hope so.
