*** Week 6 CFB Games Thread (10/7 - 10/9)***

KF was pretty happy that they knocked their QB out of the game, wasn't he? He knew they were toast if that didn't happen.

Only saving grace is if they do end up in the CFP we may very well get a replay of the Stanford Rose Bowl. Georgia or Bama would embarrass them. But I don't want them to even get the exposure of being in the CFP, so go Nebraska and Ohio State...God I need to throw up now.

Guys they are rushing the field because they just realized the team is going to be undefeated heading into the Big Ten Championship Game. They know this was the only hurdle left.

Hold on, what about those tough conference games coming up against Ohio State and Michigan?

Oops, sorry, thought this was one of those odd years out of every 12 when Iowa has to play the Buckeyes …

It was a three point win, and you don't think having their starter would have at least garnered them another FG or at least flipped the field with some decent drives? Their backup QB was absolutely terrible.

Maybe. He threw two picks didn't he?

Was missing lots of easy throws into the 2nd quarter. Got rope a doped like I posted about.

You aren't wrong, but to even suggest they would be in the exact same spot with that backup is ridiculous. That guy made them one-dimensional and I'm not even sure he made them that. He was awful.

Frost calls games like he’s playing NCAA ‘14. Hard to erase all that momentum in one play but he pulled it off.

Did I say exact same spot?

Is that was 'similar' means?

It was going to be a close game that came down to a handful of plays.

I think the big difference is Clifford has proven he can make those plays and clearly their backup couldn't hit the broad side of the field of dreams.

One of my friends is a big Nebby fan, and I’m starting to think they might be as delusional as Iowa fans
