I see they sprayed that area late yesterday afternoon. No sod going in there. What else do they still have left?

From the action I see on the webcam its probably just a bunch of punchlist stuff. Landscaping and electrical fixtures are almost always the last major items. They've had that manlift running around touching up stuff on the SPC, fencing is going up, the hydro-seeded that one hill section, and there isn't a lot of stuff anymore in the lot on the other side of 4th St.

Punch list inevitably takes longer than it should (and seems to be never ending), but my guess is that in a week they could have that place open if they had to (i.e. open for fans, with some minor work during the work week).

They turned the screen fully green today and fixed a bunch of panels that weren't working. A few times you can even see them poking through the video board while working on it.

Much less slope and much larger. The hillsides.

Basically the same slope as before going north to south. But, much less slope going toward the Jacobson Building since there's a 20' retaining wall there. That will make the hillsides seem much bigger, because no one sat at the bottom of the hill close to the Jake because you couldn't see the field from there.

I still want to know where the visitors trailer will be parked. Doesn’t look like they are using the new area as a loading area and really there’s.l no space.

I honestly don't think there's room. It was always parked next to the olson building which is now gone. so if it's parked next to jacobsen it the opposing player have barely any room to get to the field.
2nd I cant' imagine that they would allow a semi around the new plaza area.

There have been dump trucks and cement trucks driving all over the new plaza. I don’t think an equipment truck will be an issue.

Guessing it would pull in from the parking lot next to the base of the east ramp, but what do I know?
