JTS Improvements - Want More

I happened to catch a guy power washing the interior of the crenellated wall the NW concourse early this afternoon.

Edit: then the exterior later.
Because a crenellated wall is “a wall with gaps through which to fire at attackers” and the renderings show XII school flags being flown in the northern most gaps, will eight Big 12 schools have attacking teams assembled there for the ISU-UT game?

No. Just the schools with archery teams.

Those hillsides look like they have considerably less slope than the old ones. Do we know much that was changed?

Was thinking the same thing. For those that have seen it in person, does it feel more bowled in? I'm not getting that effect when looking at photos, but I think scale is a factor there. It's going to look a lot better with 61,500 packed in there. JTS is pretty ugly when empty and no amount of new construction can hide that unfortunately.

Does anyone know what happened to the plaques that were displayed on the wall of the north entrance to Jack Trice? Used to like to visit that site as friends' names were on there.

The All American Wall will be displayed prominently as people walk into JTS as it will be on the outward-facing wall of Jacobson Bldg.

I'm assuming they put up a similar fence on the NE ramp with lights, too? Can't tell on the webcam angle.

After Friday noon, the corner lights along the north / south sidewalks in the plaza were installed so those lights are now evenly spaced. I suspect they waited on those until everything wide was brought through.
Maybe those plaza lights will be illuminated soon. I hope they are used daily and not just game nights.

I see they sprayed that area late yesterday afternoon. No sod going in there. What else do they still have left?

looks to me like they're going to seed/blanket the top of that hill, then maybe finish the fencing on the north west ramp. After that it's just details I'd assume

Much less slope and much larger. The hillsides.
