Yeah, this is old. They try to enforce it but they can't stop it from happening.

Just how much sucking up does the league have to do to keep UT happy and in the fold? How about they actually go out and prove something on the field instead of being a team of 5 star talent with a crappy record. Then we can maybe start respecting them again. Their fan base makes the school over to the east almost mild and normal.

It doesn’t say you can’t do horns down, you just can’t do horns down in a Texas player/coaches face. This isn’t new.
