JTS Improvements - Want More

Correct. The Vapor barrier needs to be sprayed on before the dirt goes over it.
I guess there is more work to be done before they get to vapor barrier and other fill. Anyone have details on what else is left before the NW hill looks like the NE hill? I really thought it would be moving quickly once those forms came off...

Took a few pics over lunch. Sorry for the quality. Just stopped on the road to take them quick with my phone. Looks like the crane work is the dropping in forms for the NW ramp retaining walls.

Where the action is.

I’m also trying to figure out if they’re going to put topsoil on the lower 1/3 of that hillside next, below the tunnel. Before they fill above.

I was watching them use the small backhoe to make that trench earlier wondering what they were going to do with it. They got the trench dug and then went away.

Have we really not sold the Jack out since September 2015 against UNI? Not even TCU 2018? West Virginia 2019??

every UNI and Iowa game is a sellout...I believe we sold out Ok St in 2019. Problem is, part of the "sellout" portion is also the visiting section and Big 12 teams don't travel very well to Ames outside of OU, Texas, Ok State, and K-State

So, the obvious objective to a sellout is to make the 2nd hand market for traveling team seating ticket sales more efficient. I'd bet Iowa State fans would gladly purchase seats for people not being able to attend.

I thought that after a certain period of time, the visiting team ticket allotment gets returned to the host school??

I wonder if they addressed updating the drainage system due to the wet conditions of the NW hill just on the other side of the wall by section 1. The first five feet just north of the wall has always been like a swamp. I realize with all the concrete on top of the hill and slope there may not be a way to get rid of it. Seen a lot of people jump the wall to leave the game before and end up a muddy mess.

Has anyone else noticed during wet games our sidelines are especially slippery? Players are always slipping on the yellow tarps they use on the sidelines and the black asphalt (i think) when running past the endzone. I am just waiting for the day one of our players gets hurt. I feel like I don't see this problem with other fields but Idk.
