This is correct. The NCAA in 2019 started the transfer portal rules and in those rules prohibited schools from blocking where a transfer student could go.

OU and Riley are trying to stop a transfer of a QB from OU to TCU, because OU thinks it is wrong to transfer intraconference without sitting out a year.
Especially coming from a guy who gets the pick of the QB litter every damn year. Such a gutless look by Riley.

No. For starters it's a free transfer year. No way to slice it, OU is out of bounds on this one.
That dude was gifted an elite job. I would love to see what he can do at a lesser program like say Purdue or Vanderbilt or Georgia Tech.

We hired the WV dbacks coach when Holgerson left (not sure if he is still with us or not). That helped us with Isheem and he helped with Amos. It is just a snowball effect right now.

Lol, yeah, Lincoln really needs to be concerned about TCU. They've only won 7 in a row and 10 of 11 dating back to 2005 against them. His bench QB is totally a threat to them next year.
