Could Archie Miller leave Indiana before he's pushed out? I'd take him. It'd be a similar move to other coaches who've moved on when things ran out of gas (similar to Tubby from Kentucky to Minnesota). Trent Condon just mentioned him on KXNO.

Everyone has an opinion. The parameters I would look for are youth, Midwest connections, firm playstyle/system, and ambition( we are not a last stop for a coach, Orr was the outlier). Anyone who seems to fit this bill gets a chance from my persepctive.Every name we see 75% of the responses are negative. OP mentioned a correlation that Condon tried to make. What’d he say?

Crean was much better than Miller. He at least took them to the tournament several time and I believe won the conference at least once.He struggled at Indiana but to be fair, that's kind of just been Indiana for the last 25 years, Crean pissed a ton of talent down his leg there too. That said, I wouldn't be excited by Miller. He was good at Dayton looking at their history, every coach has been the last few decades. I'd like to avoid the Prohm mistake and not look too hard at success obtained at mid major programs that win no matter who is coaching.
