How would anyone get any work done with that beautiful view?

I remember seeing the first renderings and wasn't sure what the view/angle would look like...but it looks great! I can't remember what that space is set to be, but certainly can see how it'll be a good dual purpose for game days, etc.

During UNI game they should bring the construction workers who endured this cold to the field and we should give them a standing O. It's gotta be brutal.

I mean, we should do that anyways, but I don't think they've been working on anything outside the past couple days. Webcam doesn't show much outdoor activity.

Any idea if there are plans to bowl in the north side? The Jack would dang near be perfect if it were.

That work is actually going on right now. Will look outstanding next fall. By bowling in, if you are asking about seats- that will not happen under this administration. The hillsides are here to stay

You'll be pretty happy how bowl'd in the NEZ will look on Sept 4. Those hillsides are long term investments in future students and donors to Iowa State University and the Cyclone Club.

Imagine the hilsides staying the same height all the way to the Jacobson Building

Plus a retaining wall and the Sports Performance Center to add to the backdrop

Will the construction of the bridge start this spring? Or not until AFTER the 2021 home season ends?

In Jamie's video he put out last month, he stated that it should be completed before the 2022 season, along with the RV lot. They're hoping to get the approval from the Regents this month and hope to start this spring, I believe.

I figured it will take the better part of a year to do it. This spring seems like a good idea to get going.

Not sure if this is old news or not, but in the map on page 4, it indicates that the Sports Performance Center is called the Stark Performance Center.

The naming is in progress, but hasn't been formally announced. It was on the agenda at the Property and Facilities Committee meeting back in November.
